Yoga is good for your body and mind. There is a meditative state to practicing yoga. The poses are also very helpful with chronic pain in the back and neck or other parts of the body. We draw upon ancient wisdom and apply it to our lives. Invite this wisdom into your life and find contentment in all moments.
Take time to be still. Your mind will thank you for it. In this stillness we can process feelings and thoughts and organize our minds. In doing so you will find an increased ability to be present and feel connected to your life.
Children today are born into a world of technology. To thrive in our modern world, most kids need guidance to balance this busy life. Anxiety and depression are on the rise in our children. Gratitude, stillness and balance are the foundation to living a productive fulfilling and healthy life. By exposing kids to these foundational ideas they can balance technology, productivity and wellness.
